度洛西汀联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经疼痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on duloxetine combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain

目的:研究度洛西汀联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经疼痛的临床疗效。方法:从本院2018年12月至2019年2月期间入住的糖尿病周围神经疼痛的患者中选择50例患者纳入研究,采用随机数字表法分为两组,其为对照组与试验组,各25例。对照组患者使用度洛西汀治疗;试验组患者在使用度洛西汀的基础上联合依帕司他。治疗后,对两组患者的临床指标情况及临床效果进行比较。结果:治疗后,试验组患者FBG、NCV均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(92%比68%),差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:度洛西汀联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经疼痛,疗效显著,可有效改善患者的NCV及FBG等临床症状指标,同时可有效缓解患者疼痛症状,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of duloxetine combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain.Methods From December 2018 to February 2019,50 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=25)and experimental group(n=25).The patients in the control group were treated with duloxetine,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with duloxetine combined with epalrestat.After treatment,the clinical indexes and clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,FBG and NCV in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(92%vs.68%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Duloxetine combined with epalrestat is effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain,which can effectively improve the clinical indicators such as NCV and FBG,and can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
