ER、PR阳性子宫内膜癌组织中癌细胞的增殖和凋亡活性研究

Proliferation and apoptosis of cancer cells in ER and PR positive endometrial carcinoma

目的探讨ER、PR阳性子宫内膜癌组织中癌细胞的增殖和凋亡活性。方法随机选取本院确诊的子宫内膜癌组织100例,根据ER、PR的表达进行分组,对比癌细胞中增殖指标Ki67的表达和凋亡指标P53的表达,同时对比子宫内膜癌组织不同浸润深度组织中以及临床分期患者中ER、PR的表达率的差异,分析子宫内膜癌中ER、PR的表达对癌细胞的增殖、凋亡和迁移活性的影响。结果ER和PR在子宫内膜癌组织中的总阳性率分别为67.00%和80.00%,其中浸润至浅肌层组织中ER、PR的阳性率分别为75.29%和91.76%,明显高于浸润至深肌层组织组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);I期患者ER、PR的阳性率分别为72.83%和85.87%,亦均高于Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);ER阴性组中Ki67和P53的阳性率分别为93.94%和90.91%,PR阴性组中Ki67和P53的阳性率分别为95.00%和80.00%,均高于ER和PR均阳性组(均P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌组织中ER、PR的表达状态与癌细胞增殖、凋亡、迁移和转移的恶性生物学行为特征密切相关,对指导临床的治疗具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the proliferation and apoptosis activity of cancer cells in ER and PR positive endometrial carcinoma.Methods 100 cases of endometrial carcinoma diagnosed in our organization were randomly selected.According to the expressions of ER and PR,they were grouped.The expressions of ER and PR in the endometrial tissues of different infiltration depths and in the tissues of different stages were compared.The effects of the expressions of ER and PR on the cancer cells’proliferation,apoptosis,and migration activity were analyzed.Results The total positive rates of ER and PR in the endometrial cancer tissue were 67.00%and 80.00%,respectively;and the positive rates of ER and PR in the superficial muscle layer tissue were 75.29%and 91.76%,which were significantly higher than those in the deep muscle layer tissue(both P<0.05).The positive rates of ER and PR in the stage I patients were 72.83%and 85.87%,respectively,which were higher than those in the stageⅡandⅢpatients(all P<0.05).The positive rates of Ki67 and P53 in the ER negative group were 93.94%and 90.91%,respectively;the positive rates of Ki67 and P53 in the PR negative group were 95.00%and 80.00%;all were higher than those in the ER and PR positive groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of ER and PR in endometrial carcinoma is closely related to the malignant biological behavior of cancer cell proliferation,apoptosis,migration,and metastasis,with great clinical significance.
