腔镜手术护理流程图在腹腔镜手术围术期护理中的应用效果

Effect of applying nursing process chart of endoscopic surgery in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic surgery

目的分析研究腔镜手术护理流程图在腹腔镜手术围术期护理中的应用效果。方法抽取2016年4月至2019年8月于本院行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者160例。根据患者到院接受治疗的时间将其均分为常规组与研究组,各80例。常规组进行基础护理干预,包括注意事项叮嘱、健康教育以及日常基础护理;研究组采用腔镜手术护理流程图,包括创建专门的护理小组、术前评估病情、术中各项生命体征监测、术后个人卫生与饮食护理干预。分别记录2组患者临床治疗情况以及护理效果。结果研究组住院时间、疼痛评分、满意度评分(4.7±1.3)d、(2.1±0.4)分、(97.6±8.7)分,均高于常规组的(6.6±2.4)d、(4.3±0.7)分、(83.1±10.2)分(均P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率显著低于常规组(3.75%比26.25%,P<0.05);研究组总护理效果显著高于常规组(93.75%比40.00%,P<0.05)。结论对于临床需要实行腹腔镜手术的患者给予腔镜手术护理流程图并严格实行,可有效降低患者不良反应事件发生率,加快患者康复出院时间,缓解患者痛苦,从而提高患者满意度。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of applying nursing process chart of endoscopic surgery in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic surgery.Methods 160 patients who need laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from April,2016 to August,2019 were selected for the research.The patients were divided into a routine group and a study group according to the treatment time,with 80 cases in each group.The routine group were intervened with basic nursing,including notice,health education,and daily basic nursing;and the study group with nursing process chart of endoscopic surgery,including the establishment of a special nursing group,preoperative evaluation of the conditions,intraoperative monitoring of vital signs,postoperative personal hygiene,and diet nursing intervention.The clinical treatment and nursing effects of the two groups were recorded.Results The hospitalization time,pain score,and satisfaction score were(4.7±1.3)d,(2.1±0.4),and(97.6±8.7)in the study group,and were(6.6±2.4)d,(4.3±0.7),and(83.1±10.2)in the routine group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the study group than in the routine group(3.75%vs.26.25%;P<0.05).The total nursing effect was significantly higher in the study group than in the routine group(93.75%vs.40.00%;P<0.05).Conclusion For patients who need laparoscopic surgery in clinical practice,the nursing process chart of laparoscopic surgery should be provided and strictly followed,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events,accelerate their recovery and discharge time,alleviate their pain,and improve their satisfaction.
