讨论会在慢性乙肝患者中对疾病知识知晓及生活质量影响

Impact of symposium on disease knowledge and quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的探讨讨论会在慢性乙肝患者中对疾病知识知晓及生活质量影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月本院收治的慢性乙肝患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组采用常规健康教育,研究组采用专题讨论会教育。观察分析两组患者抗病毒依从性、疾病相关知识知晓评分以及生活质量。结果研究组抗病毒治疗依从性为93.8%,高于对照组65.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组服药剂量与时间、常用药物名称、服药注意事项评分分别为(9.1±0.9)分、(8.9±1.1)分、(8.4±1.5)分,均高于对照组(7.5±1.2)分、(6.1±1.3)分、(5.2±1.3)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、总体健康评分分别为(76.9±8.3)分、(80.2±9.2)分、(81.3±8.5)分、(79.9±6.7)分、(80.6±8.9)分,均高于对照组(65.2±7.1)分、(62.5±8.4)分、(67.9±8.1)分、(63.4±4.6)分、(64.7±7.2)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在慢性乙肝患者健康教育期间采用专题讨论会方式效果理想,可有效促进患者对疾病知识了解,增强患者对后续治疗的配合度,进而使患者生活以及生存质量得到改善,临床可推广使用。

Objective To explore the impact of symposium on disease knowledge and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 64 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from March,2017 to March,2019 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group took routine education,and the study group symposium education.The antiviral compliance,disease-related knowledge score,and quality of life of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The antiviral treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(93.8%vs.65.6%;P<0.05).The scores of the medication dose and time,common drug names,and notes for medication were higher in the study group than in the control group[(9.1±0.9)vs.(7.5±1.2),(8.9±1.1)vs.(6.1±1.3),and(8.4±1.5)vs.(5.2±1.3);all P<0.05].The scores of physiological function,physiological role,physical pain,mental health,and general health were higher in the study group than in the control group[(76.9±8.3)vs.(65.2±7.1),(80.2±9.2)vs.(62.5±8.4),(81.3±8.5)vs.(67.9±8.1),(79.9±6.7)vs.(63.4±4.6),and(80.6±8.9)vs.(64.7±7.2);all P<0.05].Conclusion During the health education of patients with chronic hepatitis B,symposium has an ideal effect,can effectively promote their disease knowledge,enhance their coordination in follow-up treatment,and improve their life and quality of life,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
