超声在肛周化脓性汗腺炎术后切口换药护理中应用的临床疗效探讨

Clinical efficacy of applying ultrasonography in drug-changing nursing of patients after operation for perianal hidradenitis suppurativa

目的探讨超声在肛周化脓性汗腺炎术后切口换药护理中应用的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年8月本院收治的32例肛周化脓性汗腺炎患者的术后换药护理经过,并结合相关文献,深入探讨该病术后护理方案。结果32例患者均临床治愈,无术后并发症发生。结论超声应用于肛周化脓性汗腺炎术后切口换药护理,效果良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of applying ultrasonography in drug-changing nursing of patients after operation for perianal hidradenitis suppurativa.Methods The treatment and nursing process of 32 patients after surgery for perianal hidradenitis suppurativa were retrospectively analyzed.The treatment and nursing methods were explored in reference to some literatures.Results All the 32 patients were completely cured,and no complications occurred.Conclusion Applying ultrasonography in drug-changing nursing of patients after operation for perianal hidradenitis suppurativa is effective,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
