心脏外科重症监护患者围手术期护理交接单的应用效果分析

Application effect of perioperative nursing handover sheet for patients receiving cardiac surgery intensive care

目的分析围手术期护理交接单在心脏外科重症监护的应用效果,以提高心外科患者交接班质量,保证患者安全。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月本院心脏外科接诊并行心脏外科手术治疗的患者141例作为对象,根据入院顺序将其分为对照组71例及观察组70例。对照组采用传统口头床旁交班,观察组应用自行设计的围手术期交接班核查单进行交接班,比较两组各项措施的执行情况以及护理质量评分。结果观察组身份识别、诊断手术、监护仪、评估、血栓预防、其他不合格率分别为0.24%、0.12%、0.00%、0.11%、0.24%、0.40%,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组基础护理操作、专科护理操作、病历书写质量、消毒隔离处理、患者满意度评分分别为(91.51±7.85)分、(90.13±6.88)分、(91.63±6.52)分、(91.52±3.49)分、(93.8±4.05)分,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理交接单应用于心外科ICU患者能够显著提高护理措施的执行率,提高护理质量,保证患者安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of perioperative nursing handover sheet in cardiac surgery intensive care,so as to improve the handover quality of cardiac surgery patients and to ensure the patients’safety.Methods 141 patients undergoing cardiac surgery at our hospital from January,2016 to January,2018 were selected as study objects,and were divided into a control group(n=71)and an observation group(n=70)according to the admission order.The control group did traditional oral handover by bed,and the observation group did it through the self-designed perioperative nursing handover sheet.The implementation and the nursing quality scores were compared between these two groups.Results The unqualified rates of identification,diagnostic surgery,monitor,evaluation,thromboprevention,and the other were 0.24%,0.12%,0.00%,0.11%,0.24%,and 0.40%in the observation group,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing operation,specialized nursing operation,medical record writing quality,disinfection and isolation treatment,and patient satisfaction were(91.51±7.85),(90.13±6.88),(91.63±6.52),(91.52±3.49),and(93.8±4.05)in the observation group,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of perioperative nursing handover sheet in ICU patients undertaking cardiac surgery can significantly improve the execution rates of nursing measures and quality of nursing,and ensure the safety of patients,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
