摘要 传统手工打版过程繁杂,对版师的经验要求较高;样版自动化成型技术能够提高制版效率,降低生产成本。曲线拟合是实现样版自动化生成的关键技术之一,曲线拟合的方法较多,根据曲线形态选择合适的方法,能够提高拟合精度,优化制版流程。本文根据所拟曲线的弧度将拟合方法分为3种:参数化拟合、贝赛尔曲线拟合、B样条曲线拟合,并阐述了它们的性质、优缺点和评价方法。对曲线拟合方法进行分类,在CAD系统中设置拟合方法时,能为服装从业人员提供参考,提高拟合方法的利用价值。 The traditional manual plate-making process is complicated and highly requires the pattern maker’s experience. The automatic pattern forming technology of the garment CAD system improves the efficiency of plate-making and reduces the production costs. Curve fitting is one of the key technologies to realize the automatic generation of patterns. There are many methods for curve fitting. Selecting a suitable method according to the shape of the curve can improve the fitting efficiency and optimize the plate-making process. According to the radian of the proposed curves, this paper divides the fitting methods into the following three types: parametric fitting, Bezier curve fitting, B-spline curve fitting, and describes their properties, advantages and disadvantages, and evaluation methods. The curve fitting methods are classified. When the fitting method is set in the CAD system, it can provide a reference for clothing practitioners and improve the utilization value of the fitting method.
