摘要
通过对对标管理概念界定和研究综述,运用案例研究法,以韩家湾煤矿有限公司为案例,深度剖析企业在对标管理中可能存在的问题和不足,并结合理论和企业实际系统论述企业对标管理体系的优化过程,对企业通过对标管理实现创新驱动发展和管理模式转型升级进行了详细描述和论证,最终通过经验总结得到对企业管理的启示:对标管理必须服从和服务于企业的未来战略导向;对标管理过程必须实现创新驱动;对标管理过程必须注重学习型组织的锻造,才能实现创新驱动。
Through the definition and research review of the benchmarking management,using the case study method and taking Hanjiawan Coal Mine Co.,Ltd.as a ease,this article eonducts an in-depth analysis of the problems and shortcomings of enterprises in the benchmarking management,and combined with the theory and the actual system of enterprises to discuss the optimization process of the benchmarking management system.This article describes and demonstrates in detail that enterprises achieve the innovation-driven development and management model transformation and upgrading through the benchmarking management.Finally,by concluding the experience,some management enlightenments are put forward:the benchmarking management must obey and serve the future strategic orientation of the enterprise;the benchmarkingmanagement process must realize the innovation-driven;and the benchmarking management process must pay attention to the forging of the learning organization to achieve innovationdriven.
