我国退役运动员就业困境与对策研究

An analysis on the employment dilemmas and strategies of retired athletes in China

退役运动员的就业安置问题关系到运动员自身的利益,关系到我国竞技体育水平的提高和竞技体育的可持续发展。通过对现阶段我国退役运动员就业安置的主要手段、现实困境、产生安置困境等分析,找出当前就业安置过程中的问题,并提出相应的对策。

The employment problems of retired athletes are not only related to athletes’interests,but also about competitive sports’levels and sustainable development in China.This paper analyzes core methods,dilemmas,and causes of dilemmas of employment administration for superior retired athletes in China,and finds existing problems as well as provides some strategies.
