论东北区域法律文化的要素性分析与法治发展

On the Factor Analysis of Legal Culture in Northeast China and the Development of Rules of Law

东北地区基于其特殊地理环境及发展历史,作为中国老工业基地及粮食生产大后方,在中国区域发展中有着不可或缺的地位。现如今东北经济,出现诸如营商环境不良、环境污染突显、人才流失严重等问题。而囿于不同地域之经济环境、自然环境及人文环境,区域法律文化发展也呈现不同梯队与层次,东北在法律文化建设方面就有视角缺失的问题。东北区域法律文化要想突破现有瓶颈,必须加强区域法律文化的建设,以适应时代发展以及法律文化的现代化建设。

Due to its special geographical location and history of development,Northeast China,was an old industrial and grain production base,which was indispensable during China's regional development.Recently,the economy of the Northeast region has problems,such as poor business growth and opportunities,environmental pollution and a brain drain of young local talent,are contributing factors.Limitations also include the local regional economy,the make-up of natural and cultural environments in different regions,the development of regional legal culture also at different levels,and that the Northeast area has missed several perspectives when constructing their legal structure.In order to break through the existing bottleneck,and adapt to the development of society and to catch up with the modernization process,the Northeast area should strengthen the development of local legal culture.
