摘要
“获得感+”目标下影响高校思政课提质增效的主要因素有融媒体时代多元化社会思潮冲击了教育效果,供需双方信息不对称导致供给错位不给力,思想政治教育者中存在的“内卷化”效应,青年自我认知不足造成多维场域不在场。高校可通过把脉需求侧,推动供需双方信息同律动;优化供给侧,促进思政课程教学高质效;提升师资力,做好铸魂育人工作守初心;整合力量源,构建高校思政教育大系统四种措施使学生学有所获,学有所得。
The main factors that suck up the quality and efficiency of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities under the goal of sense of acquisition plus cover the diversified social trend of thought in the media era impacting the educational effect, the asymmetry of supply and demand information leading to the dislocation of supply, and the involution effect of ideological and political courses and lack of self-awareness of youth causing that multidimensional field is not present. Colleges and universities can strive to achieve this goal through four measures: keeping the pulse of the demand side, promoting the information synchronization between the supply side and the demand side; optimizing the supply side, promoting the high quality and efficiency of ideological and political course teaching; improving teachers resources, doing a good job of soul casting and educating people; building a large system of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.
