高等学校设置结构化面试本科通识课程的实践意义

摘要 结构化面试培训是以语言表达能力培养为基础,以逻辑思维能力训练为核心,以面试综合素质养成为目标的通识教育。在“自主选课–学分考核–弹性学制”教学改革的背景下,高等学校开设结构化面试本科通识课程具有积极作用。结构化面试本科通识课程能够强化逻辑思维能力训练,促进学生综合素质的提升;能够引导学生进行职业定位,提高毕业生初次就业率;能够减轻学生校外培训经济负担,贯彻落实教育公平理念。 Structured interview training is a general education based on the training of language expression ability,taken the training of logical thinking ability as the core,and aimed at the training of comprehensive quality in interview.In the context of the"electives--credit evaluation--flexible educational system"teaching reform,the setting up of structured interview as undergraduate general course in universities plays an active role.The structured interview can strengthen the training of logical thinking ability and promote the improvement of students'comprehensive quality,guide students to carry out career positioning and improve the initial employment rate for graduates;and reduce the economic burden of students'extracurricular training and implement the concept of education equity.
