在复杂环境因素的影响下,时代呼吁社会各界加强对创新型人才的培养与引进。高校作为创新型人才培养与引进的主力军,兼顾创新人才培养、引进的双重使命,务必要加强引才育才力度,以优化师资队伍、提高教育质量与水平。因此,在结合现有研究的基础上,通过研究汇总河北省高校创新人才培养与引进的现状与存在问题,重点分析高校在创新型人才培养与引进中如何发挥其双重作用,以提高自身引才和育才质量。

Under the influence of complex environmental factors,the times calls on all walks of life to strengthen the cultivation and introduction of innovative talents.As the main force of training and introducing innovative talents,colleges and universities should strengthen the efforts of talent introduction to optimize the teaching staff and improve the quality and level of education.Therefore,on the basis of the existing research,summarizes the current situation and problems of the cultivation and introduction of innovative talents in colleges and universities of Hebei Province,focusing on how colleges and universities play their dual role in the cultivation and introduction of innovative talents,so as to improve their own talent introduction and quality of talent cultivation.
