摘要
在产教融合、引企入教、课证融通的大背景下,企业与学校构建了更为紧密的学分互认课程协同体系。互认课程实施的关键要点是课程师资队伍的建设,提出与企业成熟的产品认证体系结合,对教师实施明晰产品课程、线上课程、线下认证以及完善认证体系4步走的培训方案。以实例研究提出互认课程体系中的各课程要对应到一项至多项的认证产品,并以其中一项作为主要认证内容。
Under the background of the integration of industry and education,enterprises and universities have a closer relationship to construct a mutual credit recognition and course collaboration system.One of the most important issue is the teacher training plan.This paper puts forward a four-step training plan based on the mature product certification system of the enterprise,which requests to clarify the product course,pass the online training,pass the offline certification and improve the certification system for teachers.The case study has proposed that each course in the mutual recognition course system should correspond to one or more certification products,and take one of them as the main certification content.
