冠状病毒广泛存在于自然界,可以感染包括人类在内的哺乳动物及鸟类。近17年内由冠状病毒引起3种致命人畜共患病,均为强传染性疾病,证明冠状病毒已对人类构成重大威胁。冠状病毒感染后可能出现多种心电图异常,甚至诱发心室颤动导致预后不良。心电图是反映心脏电活动的可靠工具,通过心电图可早期发现心脏损伤,加强冠状病毒感染者心电图监测十分必要。对具有高危异常心电图特征感染者早期识别并提前干预,或能预防不良事件的发生,必要时可行连续心电监护。

Coronavirus exist extensively in the nature which can infect birds and mammals,including human beings.In the past 17 years,all the three lethal zoonotic diseases that caused by coronavirus are proved to be highly infectious diseases.Coronavirus has become a major threat to human beings.Patients infected by coronavirus may present multiple electrocardiographic(ECG)abnormalities,and even induces ventricular fibrillation resulting in poor prognosis.ECG is a reliable tool to evaluate heart’s electrical rhythm.It can be used to detect the cardiac injury early in clinic.Therefore,it is necessary to pay close attention to ECG abnormalities and potential arrhythmias in infected patients.Early recognition and pre-treatment in patients with high-risk of abnormal ECG characteristics are essential to prevent adverse clinical events.Continuous ECG monitoring is feasible if necessary.
