摘要
本文对EPS实型铸造用模样板材的结构性能,设备与制备工艺,产品性能及制备过程中的关键问题等进行了系统的研究,对实际生产中的经验进行了总结和归纳。深入分析了在生产过程中可能出现的问题,并提出解决方案。本文对实型铸造用模样板材的实际生产具有一定的学术意义和指导意义。
In this paper,we studied the structural properties,manufacture technology and key links of the plate in full mold casting.Summarizing the experience in the actual production,developing solutions for the potential problem.This paper has academic significance and guiding significance for the actual production of the plate in full mold casting.
