摘要
国内外建筑电气设计行业的不断革新与BIM技术的大力发展密不可分,BIM技术极大地促进了建筑设计行业在技术手段等方面的进步。本文概要地介绍了BIM技术的应用及特点,以北方某市办公楼建筑电气与智能化BIM设计中拟建部分为例,在目前最适合建筑电气设计的Revit软件的基础上,对BIM软件中族库的扩展以及建筑电气设备族的应用进行详细地分析,为BIM在建筑电气领域的二次开发奠定基础。
The continuous innovation of the domestic and international building electrical design industry is inseparable from the vigorous development of BIM technology.BIM technology has greatly promoted the progress of the architectural design industry in terms of technical means.The application and characteristics of BIM technology is introduced in this article.Taking the planned part of the electrical and intelligent BIM design of an office building in a northern city as an example,based on the Revit software that is currently the most suitable for building electrical design,the family library.The detailed analysis of the expansion of the building electrical equipment family and the application of the building electrical equipment family will lay the foundation for BIM’s secondary development in the field of building electrical equipment.
