高职德智体美劳五育的理念、内涵与实施策略

The Idea,Connotation and Implementation Strategy of All-round Development of Moral,Intellectual,Physical,Aesthetic and Labor Education in Higher Vocational Education

习近平总书记在全国教育大会上指出,要全面贯彻落实党的教育方针,以立德树人为根本,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。审视过去十余年来我国高职教育的培养目标和培养定位,党的教育方针并没有得到全面贯彻落实,德智体美劳五育之间还存在严重的不平衡、不充分和割裂等问题。必须深入探究党的教育方针的理论渊源,明晰德智体美劳五育的内涵与高职特点,厘清德智体美劳五育之间的关系,进而系统构建新时代高职人才培养体系,重点从通识课程体系构建、课堂体系构建、课程思政建设、工匠精神培育等方面落实立德树人根本任务,促进学生全面发展,大力提升人才培养质量。

In his speech at the National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping states that the Party's educational policy should be fully implemented and socialist builders and successors with all-round development should be trained based on fostering virtue through education.By reviewing the education objective and orientation of higher vocational education in China in the past decade or so,it is found that the Party's educational policy has not been fully implemented,and there still exist serious imbalances,inadequacies and fragmentation between the five education systems of morality,intelligence,physical education,aesthetics and labor.We must deeply explore the theoretical origin of the Party's educational policy,clarify the connotation of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education as well as their special features in higher vocational colleges,sort out the relationship among moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education,and then systematically construct the talent training system of higher vocational education in the new era.We should carry out the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,promote the all-round development of students,and vigorously improve the quality of talent training,by mainly focusing on the construction of general curriculum system and classroom system,curriculum ideological and political construction,and the fostering of craftsman spirit.
