高地隙喷雾机轮距与轴距尺寸组合的优化

摘要 为给高地隙喷雾机轮距和轴距尺寸设计和驾驶员稳定性操作提供依据,本文研究针对高地隙喷雾机作业时易发生侧倾失稳和行驶平顺性不佳的问题,建立9种轮距和轴距尺寸组合方式的ADAMS高地隙喷雾机虚拟样机仿真模型,并基于谐波叠加原理建立适应于高地隙喷雾机田间作业工况的E等级随机路面模型。为对高地隙喷雾机轮距和轴距尺寸组合进行优化选择以提高其作业侧倾稳定性和行驶平顺性,选取高地隙喷雾机三种作业车速、三种药箱药液装载量,以高地隙喷雾机质心侧向加速度和其驾驶室座椅处垂向加速度为试验指标,对仿真结果进行分析,得到高地隙喷雾机轮距和轴距尺寸分别为2 800 mm和4 100 mm时为其最优尺寸组合;对最优轮距和轴距尺寸组合的高地隙喷雾机进行分析,得到了其作业失稳条件。 In order to provides reference for the design of the track and wheelbase size of the sprayer and the driver’s stability operation,aiming at the problem of roll instability and poor ride comfort during working on high-clearance sprayer,virtual prototype simulation model of ADAMS sprayer with nine kinds of track and wheelbase size combination was established,and the field working conditions adapted to sprayer was established based on the method of harmonic superposition of E-class random pavement model.In order to optimize the size of sprayer of track and wheelbase to improve the roll stability and ride comfort of the operation,selecting three operating speeds of the sprayer,three kinds of medicine tank liquid loading,the lateral acceleration of the sprayer centroid and its cab seat vertical acceleration of the chair is the test index.The simulation results are analyzed,and the optimal size combination is obtained when the track and wheelbase dimensions are 2 800 mm and 4 100 mm respectively.The sprayer with the optimal track and wheelbase size is analyzed,and the instability conditions of the sprayer are obtained.
