摘要
目的芽囊原虫(Blastocystis)是一种重要的人和动物消化道寄生虫。主要引起腹泻、腹痛及消瘦等疾病。其流行呈世界性分布,且发展中国家有更高的感染率。至今已确定的17种芽囊原虫基因亚型(ST1-17),其中ST1-9属于人兽共患型,ST10-17截至目前只在动物体内所检测到。方法本研究就在云南5个地区采集到的907份样品,基于SSU rRNA序列通过分子生物学方法检测,芽囊原虫总体检出率为41. 3%(375/907)。结果共鉴定出3个已知基因亚型(ST5,ST10,ST14)和4个新亚型(ST-novel 1,ST-novel 2,ST-novel 3,ST-novel 4),其中ST5作为该地区的芽囊原虫优势基因亚型。本试验还通过统计学方法分析其在年龄、性别和地区间均存在显著性差异。结论本研究不仅为云南地区黑山羊芽囊原虫防控提供了数据支撑,也进一步评估当地的公共卫生安全风险,具有重要公共卫生意义。
Objective Blastocystis is a common enteric protozoan parasite which can infect humans and animals.It mainly causes diarrhea,abdominal pain and weight loss.Blastocystis has a worldwide distribution and it has a higher prevalence in some developing countries.To date,17 sub-types( ST1-17) of Blastocystis have been identified,of which ST1-9 belongs to the zoonotic form,and ST10-17 has only been detected in animals.Methods In this study,907 fecal sample was collected from black goats from 5 region in Yunnan province.Using Molecular biology method,this study amplified the Blastocystis based on SSU rRNA to detected it.Results A total of 375 positive sample were detected and the overall prevalence of Blastocystis in Yunnan black goats was 41. 3%( 375/907).we defined 3 known sub-type( ST5,ST10,ST14) and 4 novel sub-type( ST-novel 1,ST-novel 2,ST-novel 3,ST-novel 4),and ST5 is the dominant sub-type in Yunnan black goats. Conclusion This study provide baseline data for the prevention and control of Blastocystis in Yunnan black goats,This study assess the potential public health risks,and has public health implications.
