摘要
针对城轨蓄电池充电机出现的充电电流过流以及输出电流的纹波比出厂测试参数偏大的问题,以某型号城轨蓄电池充电机为例,通过分析蓄电池充电机的工作原理,结合生产现场实际遇到的问题,对现有以电阻为负载的测试方法进行改进,提出了使用蓄电池作为蓄电池充电机负载的测试方法,并通过仿真及现场试验验证其可行性和有效性。
In view of the problem that the charging current is overcurrent and the ripple of the output current is larger than the factory test parameters during the actual operation process of the urban rail battery charger,this research,combined with the actual problems encountered in the production site and taking a certain type of urban rail battery charger as an example,proposes a test method using the battery as the load of the battery charger by analyzing the working principle of the battery charger after the existing resistance test method with a load is improved.In addition,its feasibility and effectiveness are verified by simulation and field tests.
