白酒中甲醇气相色谱测定方法的研究

Determination of Methanol in Baijiu by GC

建立了一种气相色谱测定白酒中甲醇的内标检测法。采用毛细管色谱柱,以白酒为原料,对甲醇测定条件进行优化。结果表明,在载气流速为1.20 mL/min,分流比50∶1,进样口温度180℃,检测器温度200℃,柱初始温度为50℃的程序升温条件下,甲醇得以较好分离且峰型良好。以乙酸正丁酯为内标,采用多点校正,甲醇在0.052~1.04 g/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),回收率在94.21%~103.11%之间。该方法简单灵敏,适用于白酒中甲醇含量的测定。

An internal standard method had been developed for the determination of methanol in Baijiu by GC.The determination conditions were optimized with capillary column as follows:as carrier gas velocity was 1.20 mL/min,split ratio was 50∶1,the inlet temperature was 180℃,the detector temperature was 200℃,and the initial column temperature was 50℃,methanol could be well separated and its peak shape was good.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.052 g/L to 1.04 g/L(r=0.9998)by using nbutyl acetate as internal standard and multi-point correction,and the recovery was between 94.21%and 103.11%.This method was simple,sensitive and suitable for the determination of methanol in Baijiu.
