烟台葡萄酒文化酒庄旅游客观评价指标体系研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了探究评价烟台葡萄酒文化酒庄旅游发展情况的客观评价指标体系,填补相关研究空白,本文选取5个一级指标和22个二级指标构建了烟台葡萄酒文化酒庄旅游评价指标体系,采用综合指数测算法对4个代表性酒庄旅游发展情况予以评价。结果表明,各酒庄综合评分差异比较大,说明酒庄发展极不平衡,总体上酒庄1(张裕)的发展情况较优;二级指标中交通状况和信息技术应用的评分较低,需要有关部门和酒庄采取措施予以改进和完善。 In order to explore the objective evaluation indexes system for evaluating the development situations of wine culture-oriented chateau tour and further fill the relevant research gap,five first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators were selected to construct the system.Then the comprehensive index measurement algorithm was adopted to evaluate the development situations of the tour in four representative chateaus.The results showed that,there were significant differences in the comprehensive scores of the 4 chateaus,indicating that the development of chateau tour was extremely unbalanced.Among the 4 chateaus,the tourism development of No.1 chateau(Changyu)was the best.For all the secondary indicators,the traffic conditions and the application of information technology got low scores and were in need of further improvement.
