基于宜居理念下的乡村规划设计研究--以南京市江宁区双庙村为例

Research on Rural Planning and Design Based on the Livable Concept--Taking Shuangmiao Village, Jiangning District, Nanjing as an Example

为了使村庄良好的发展,激发村庄的活力,实现乡村宜居,文章以南京市江宁区双庙村为例,在实地调研的基础上,进行乡村的规划设计研究。文章基于对宜居理念的思考,将宜居理念导入乡村规划中,以村庄的问题为导向,在村庄的空间、建筑、交通和景观等方面发现其与宜居的差距,并对其进行规划整治,对今后传统乡村的保护与更新提供支持和借鉴。

In order to promote the village’s good development, stimulate the vitality of the village, and realize the livableness of the village, this paper takes Shuangmiao Village, Jiangning District, Nanjing as an example,and conducts rural planning and design research on the basis of field research. Based on the consideration of the livable concept, this paper introduces the livable concept into rural planning, and organizes the evaluation criteria of livable villages. It is guided by the problems of villages, the principle of holistic nature of rural planning, the principle of people-oriented and the sustainable development of ecology. The principle of planning and designing Shuangmiao Village provides support and reference for the protection and renewal of traditional villages in the future.
