本文首先分析了新时代背景下体育教师专业化发展的必要性,进而基于此,分别从转变思想强化专业化发展意识、构建科学完善的保障体系、营造合作互动氛围、提高专业文化水平和素养等方面,深入探讨并提出了体育教师专业化发展的有效路径。以期帮助体育教师脱离现实困境,能充分利用自身的优势助力体育教学事业长足发展。

This paper first analyzes the necessity of the professional development of physical education teachers in the context of the new era,and then based on this,it discusses and puts forward effective ways for the professional development of physical education teachers from the following aspects:changing thoughts and strengthening the consciousness of professional development,constructing a scientific and perfect guarantee system,creating cooperative and interactive atmosphere,and improving professional education level and quality.It aims to help physical education teachers get rid of the real dilemma and make full use of their own advantages to help the development of physical education.
