乡村振兴战略下粤东西北地区高职院校分层分类人才培养问题研究

Research on the Stratified and Classified Talent Cultivation of Higher Vocational Colleges in the Northwest and East of Guangdong under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

2017年10月18日在党的19大报告中习近平主席提出乡村振兴战略。乡村振兴战略是解决三农问题,实现农业现代化的重要举措,是我国实现全面建成小康社会走向共同富裕的关键一步。乡村振兴这一伟大战略的实施需要人才、资金等各方资源的紧密配合,因此加快弥补人才、知识和技能短板成为这一战略的重中之重。高职院校职业教育是为国家提供专业型人才的重要途径之一。本文将以粤东西北地区为例,从实际出发剖析粤东西北地区乡村振兴战略人才技术需求,了解粤东西北地区高职院校当前人才培养状况,最后根据乡村振兴战略下的人才需求状况对粤东西北地区高职院校提出分层分类的人才培养建议。

On October 18,2017,Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the rural revitalization strategy in the 19th Party Congress Report.The rural revitalization strategy is an important measure to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and realize the modernization of agriculture.The implementation of the great strategy of rural revitalization needs the close cooperation of talents,capital and other resources.Therefore,accelerating the improvement of talents,knowledge and skills has become the top priority of this strategy.Vocational education in higher vocational colleges is one of the important ways to provide professional talents for the country.In this paper,we will in the northwest region of guangdong,for example,from set out actually analyze the strategy of rejuvenating the northwest region of guangdong rural talent technology needs,to understand the current situation of personnel training,the northwest region of guangdong higher vocational colleges according to the strategy of rejuvenating the country's talents demand on northwest guangdong province suggested hierarchical classification of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
