摘要
近年来,高职院校在内部质量诊断与改进的背景下,不断重视学生的学业成长、能力提升。从学习自我效能感的概念、形成与发挥作用的理论基础上,分析影响学习自我效能感的核心理论,为五年制高职大学生学习自我效能感的正确归因和提出建设启示奠定理论依据。
In recent years,base on Diagnosis and Improvement of Internal Quality Assurance System,the higher vocational colleges pay attention to academic growth and power enhanced for students continuously.Based on the theory of concept,becoming and function in academic self-efficacy,analyzing the core theory which are affecting the academic self-efficacy,providing theoretical basis and construction enlightenment for the academic self-efficacy in five-year higher vocational college students.
