法治思维下高校学生事务探究

On the Affairs of College Students under the Thinking of Rule of Law

依法治校是依法治国在教育领域的延伸。高校学生事务管理工作如何落实依法治校值得探究。研究立足明辨法治思维的基础上,分析高校学生事务管理中存在的法律意识较弱、法律法规空泛、法治轨道运行阻力大以及管理者面临的压力等法治问题和困境;提出增强法律意识、构建法治基础、推进法治轨道运行以及健全纠纷处理机制等对策。

Running the university by law is an extension of running a country by law in the field of education.How to carry out the management of student affairs in colleges and universities is worth exploring.On the basis of distinguishing the thinking of rule of law,this paper analyzes the legal problems and dilemmas existing in the management of college students'affairs,such as the weak legal consciousness,the lack of laws and regulations,the great resistance to the operation of the rule of law track and the pressure faced by the managers,and puts forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening the legal consciousness,building the basis of the rule of law,promoting the operation of the rule of law track and improving the dispute handling mechanism.
