思想政治教育与高职校学生“工匠精神”培养研究

在现代教育理念的背景下,我国高职学校的教育也呈现出了新的发展特点,具体表现在思想政治教育开始与高职学生的专业技能相结合,以思想政治教育来推动高职学生培养工匠精神,培养高职学生对于学习的积极性、主动性,培养对于专业技能的了解。在高职院校的教学工作中,思想政治教育是培养学生道德素养,培养学生正确三观和创造力的基础,而专业课程又是帮助学生打造工匠精神、培养其专业技能的核心,二者的有效融合能够积极帮助高职院校培养学生的工匠精神。对此,本文将基于思想政治教育的相关内容,对于思想政治教育同工匠精神培养之间的联系进行深入研究。

Under the background of modern education concept,the education of higher vocational schools in our country also presents new development characteristics,which is embodied in the combination of ideological and political education and professional skills of higher vocational students,the ideological and political education to promote the cultivation of craftsman spirit of higher vocational students,the cultivation of enthusiasm and initiative of higher vocational students for learning,and the cultivation of understanding of professional skills.In the teaching work of higher vocational colleges,ideological and political education is the basis of cultivating students'moral quality,correct three views and creativity,and professional courses are the core of helping students to build craftsman spirit and cultivate their professional skills.The effective integration of the two can actively help higher vocational colleges to cultivate students'craftsman spirit.In this regard,based on the relevant content of ideological and political education,this paper will conduct in-depth study on the relationship between ideological and political education and the cultivation of craftsman spirit.
