“课程思政”视阈下高职教师职业素养的理性审视

摘要 高职院校作为高校教育中的重要院校之一,是培养市场性人才的重要院校,而高职教师作为培养学生的引导者,高职教师需要具备较高的职业素养。在“课程思政”的视阈下,对现代教育教学提出了思想政治的高要求,教师需要利用好课堂教学,让高职的每一门学科和思想政治的理论一同进行,将各科教学与思政相互融合,产生协同的效应。教师需要通过不断深入课程的价值以及课程的内涵,将课程思政教学充分得到体现,从而实现社会主义的教育核心,使教育教学的工作价值能够更好地体现,让高职院校能够实现培养更多高级人才的目标,将学生的政治思想教学有效推动起来。 As one of the important colleges and universities in university education,higher vocational colleges are important colleges to train market talents,and higher vocational teachers,as the guide of cultivating students,need to have higher professional accomplishment.From the perspective of“curriculum ideology and politics”,they put forward high requirements for modern education and teaching,and teachers need to make good use of classroom teaching.Let each subject of higher vocational education be carried out together with the theory of ideology and politics,and the teaching of each subject and the theory of thought and politics will be integrated with each other to produce a synergistic effect.Teachers need to fully embody the teaching of ideological and political science in the curriculum through the continuous deepening of the value of the curriculum and the connotation of the curriculum,so as to realize the society.The core of doctrine makes the work value of education and teaching better reflect,so that higher vocational colleges can achieve the goal of cultivating more senior talents,and effectively promote the political and ideological teaching of students.
