“课程思政”视阈下高职教师职业素养的理性审视

Rational Examination of Professional Literacy of Higher Vocational Teachers from the Perspective of Curriculum Ideology and Politics

高职院校作为高校教育中的重要院校之一,是培养市场性人才的重要院校,而高职教师作为培养学生的引导者,高职教师需要具备较高的职业素养。在“课程思政”的视阈下,对现代教育教学提出了思想政治的高要求,教师需要利用好课堂教学,让高职的每一门学科和思想政治的理论一同进行,将各科教学与思政相互融合,产生协同的效应。教师需要通过不断深入课程的价值以及课程的内涵,将课程思政教学充分得到体现,从而实现社会主义的教育核心,使教育教学的工作价值能够更好地体现,让高职院校能够实现培养更多高级人才的目标,将学生的政治思想教学有效推动起来。
