摘要 共享经济下,企业员工培训开发获取资源的途径越来越广,也对企业员工培训开发提出了新的要求。如何在共享经济时代下提高企业员工培训与开发的效力,是一个有待解决的问题。本文尝试在共享经济时代下,通过共享经济与员工培训开发的有效融合,来实现企业员工的高效培训开发,从而实现企业与员工共同发展。 Under the sharing economy,the ways of employee training and development to obtain resources are increasingly extensive,which also puts forward new requirements for employee training and development.How to improve the effectiveness of employee training and development in the era of sharing economy is a problem to be solved.In the era of sharing economy,this paper tries to realize the efficient training and development of employees through the effective integration of sharing economy and employee training and development,so as to realize the joint development of enterprises and employees.
