Under the sharing economy,the ways of employee training and development to obtain resources are increasingly extensive,which also puts forward new requirements for employee training and development.How to improve the effectiveness of employee training and development in the era of sharing economy is a problem to be solved.In the era of sharing economy,this paper tries to realize the efficient training and development of employees through the effective integration of sharing economy and employee training and development,so as to realize the joint development of enterprises and employees.
