养护车无线控制系统的设计与研究

摘要 为了解决传统沥青道路养护车控制系统中多种操作系统、故障率高、操作不便等问题,文中通过对沥青道路养护车的无线控制需求研究,结合当前沥青道路养护车的功能需求,设计了以PLC控制器为核心,通过无线控制器的触摸屏和按钮、操作杆就可以对沥青道路养护车进行控制,该系统控制简单,操作方便,稳定性好,大大的改善了操作人员在恶劣环境下对设备操作的视角观察角度,同时改善了其现场工作环境,有效的避免了视觉误差造成指挥不挡的安全隐患,保证了作业的高效率和安全性,为沥青道路养护车无线控制系统的设计与实现提供了良好的参考与借鉴。 In order to solve the problems of various operating systems,high failure rate and inconvenient operation in the control system of the traditional asphalt road maintenance vehicle,this paper studies the wireless control requirements of the asphalt road maintenance vehicle,combined with the functional requirements of the current asphalt road maintenance vehicle,and designs a PLC controller as the core,which can maintain the asphalt road through the touch screen,button and operating lever of the wireless controller.The system is easy to control,easy to operate and stable.It greatly improves the operator's viewing angle of the equipment operation in the harsh environment,improves the site working environment,and effectively avoids the hidden danger of unstoppable command caused by visual error.It ensures the high efficiency and safety of operation,and provides a good reference for the design and implementation of wireless control system of asphalt road maintenance vehicle.
