日本护理大学“居家护理”实践教育演习中心空间设计

Design of“Home Care”Practical Education Exercise Center of Nursing Education in Japanese University

在1980年代开始的老龄化社会的影响下,日本大学的护理专业教育向医疗养老等多层次并存的方向发展。大学学士护理教育如何遵循护理理论与实践结合,形成适应老龄社会的人才培养模式,培养出实践能力高超的综合技能型护理人才,提高对老龄社会的贡献率,是护理教育科研部门迫切需要解决的课题。文章以日本大学学士护理高等教育中的居家护理实践教育演习中心的建设为契机,在充分调研社会对于居家护理的需求与护士实践能力的基础上,以居家疗养护理发展为宗旨,以促进科学护理为导向,以适应人口与疾病的变革以及社会地区护理服务的需要为目标,开展了对“授课、校内练习、现场实习”三位一体的实践教学体系的探求。

Under the influence of the aging society that began in the 1980s,the content of nursing education in Japanese University has devoted to multi-level coexisted fields which include Health care,Senior care and so on.How does undergraduate nursing education follow the combination of theory and practice,so as to form a talent training mode that adapts to the aging society,to cultivate a comprehensive skilled nursing talents with high practical ability,and to improve the contribution rate to the aging society,is an urgent issue for nursing education and research department to solve.Taking the construction of“home care”practical education exercise center of undergraduate nursing education in Japanese University as a case study,based on deep investigation of the society's demands for home care and nurses'practical abilities,for the purpose of the development of home care,guided by the promotion of scientific nursing,and setting the adaption to changes of population and disease and fulfillment of needs of social local nursing services as a goal,this paper explores the practical teaching system combing with teaching,on-campus practice and field internship.
