Taking the Energy Management Contract(EMC)project of a third-grade class-A hospital as an example,the equipment operation management status and energy-saving measures before the retrofit of the hospital were introduced,and the energy-saving rate of the project was tested.The energy-saving rate of the final evaluation of the project reached 23.5%,which provided a reference case for hospital energy-saving retrofit.
