摘要 随着我国近年来持续推进住宅产业化发展,装配式建筑的产业规模不断扩大,针对装配式结构构件连接质量检测技术的研究越来越有必要性。目前,装配式钢筋混凝土结构连接部位的灌浆质量在相关规范中尚未有完善的检测方法和标准。文章结合某装配式住宅实际工程,研究采用冲击回波法和X射线法对剪力墙波纹管浆锚连接的灌浆密实度进行检测的可行性,本研究对类似工程的检测有重要的参考意义。 With the continuous development of housing industrialization in recent years,the scale of fabricated buildings is expanding.It is more and more necessary to study the quality detection technology of assembly structure components.At present,there is no perfect detection method and standard for the quality of the connection part of the assembled reinforced concrete structure in the relevant specifications.In this paper,the feasibility of using impact back wave method and X-ray method to test grouting density of connection in shear wall is studied,combing work with historic buildings inspection evaluation example.It is to be useful to inspection of compactness detection of grouting.
