摘要 甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA)是一种性能卓越的新型螯合剂,是洗涤剂中磷酸盐的高性能替代物。甲基甘氨酸二乙酸易于生物降解,无毒,具备高效的螯合能力,能快速作用于无机和有机污垢,被广泛应用于织物洗涤剂、自动餐具洗涤剂和无机沉淀物的清洗剂等领域。文章综述了近年来MGDA的合成研究进展,介绍了四种合成工艺,比较了不同工艺的优缺点,并对研究前景进行了展望。 MGDA(Methylglycine-N,N-Diacetic Acid)is a new chelating agent with excellent properties.Methyl-glycine-N,N-diacetic acid is easy to biodegrade and non-toxic.It has good chelating ability and can quickly affect inorganic and organic fouling.It has been widely used in the fields of fabric detergents,automatic dishwashing detergents and inorganic precipitates.In this paper,the research progress of the synthesis of methyl-glycolic acid was reviewed,fourreaction routs with different raw materials were introduced,the advantages and disadvantages were compared,and the research prospect was prospected.
