校企协同育人--培养电梯工程技术专业工匠型创新创业人才的探索

School-enterprise Collaborative Education--The Exploration of Cultivating Craftsman Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Elevator Engineering Technology

随着全球科技创新发展,把创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程,加快教育内涵式发展,为经济社会培养高素质人才。本文以我校为例,探索校企协同育人培养电梯工程技术专业工匠型创新创业人才培养,以适应岗位需求的人才培养方案为切入点、分析问题,采取师徒带教的培养模式等措施,为进一步探索培养符合企业需求的工匠型电梯工程技术人才的路径积累更多的实践经验。

With the development of global science and technology innovation,innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent training,accelerate the development of education connotation,for the economic and social training of high-quality talent. Based on our school as an example,this paper explores the cooperative education between colleges cultivate elevator engineering professional artisans type innovative entrepreneurial talent training,to adapt to the job requirements of the talent training scheme as the breakthrough point. It aims at analyzing problems and taking measures such as the cultivation of teacher and pupil teaching mode to further explore culture can meet the demand of enterprise craftsman type elevator engineering technical personnel to accumulate more experience.
