民办高校图书馆社区教育信息平台构建探讨--以南通理工学院社区教育平台为例

Discussion on the Construction of Community Education Information Platform of Private University Library--Taking the Community Education Platform of Nantong Institute of Technology as an Example

民办高校图书馆作为社会文化组织机构,可以弥补政府在社区文化教育资源的投入,填补政府因财力、精力不足所形成的社区文化建设空白,提高民办高校图书馆资料利用价值,提升企业形象。当前社会信息技术影响社会生活的方方面面,对民办高校图书馆的社区教育服务也带来新的变化,本文溯源民办高校图书馆社区教育,研究传统模式存在的困难与问题,并以学校图书馆开发应用的社区信息教育平台建设为例,探讨信息社会条件下民办高校图书馆服务社区教育模式,揭示学校图书馆开发的信息教育平台框架结构和开发。

As a social and cultural organization,private university library can make up for the government’s investment in community cultural and educational resources,fill the gap of community cultural construction caused by the government’s lack of financial and energy,improve the value of library materials and enhance the image of enterprises. The current social information technology affects all aspects of social life,and brings new changes to the community education services of private university libraries. This paper traces back to the origin of community education of private university library,studies the difficulties and problems existing in the traditional mode,and takes the construction of community information education platform developed and applied by school library as an example,explores the mode of private university library serving community education under the condition of information society,and reveals the framework and development of information education platform developed by school library.
