就业导向下的高职院校学生管理实践与反思

The Practice and Reflection of Student Management in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Guidance of Employment

学生管理对于高校人才培养来说发挥着非常重要的作用,良好的学生管理工作有利于教育活动的顺利进行以及人才培养目标的高效实现,同时也对学生就业工作提供了良好的推动作用。本文从学生管理工作促进学生就业这一重要作用出发,对当前高职院校学生管理工作的开展现状进行了分析,指出了当前高职院校的学生管理工作必须要以就业为重要导向,转换传统的学生管理思想,明确自身的人才培养目标,对相关的课程进行进一步的改革,了解实践教学在教学工作中的重要性,进一步提高学生的职业素质,从而能够让学生找到满意合适的工作。

Student management plays a very important role in the cultivation of talents in higher colleges. Good student management is conducive to the smooth progress of educational activities,as well as the efficient realization of talent training objectives,and also provides a good role in promoting the employment of students. Starting from the important role of student management in promoting student employment,this paper analyzes the current situation of student management in higher vocational colleges,and points out that the current student management in higher vocational colleges must take employment as an important orientation,change the traditional thought of student management,define their own goal of talent cultivation,and carry out further reform of relevant courses to understand The importance of practical teaching in the teaching work,further improve the professional quality of students,so that students can find a satisfactory job.
