摘要
近年来高校尤其是高职院校的教学与科研脱节、科学研究与课程教学"两张皮"、科研成果对教学质量提升的支撑作用不明显的现象依然存在。新的时代背景下,高校科研育人越来越受到学界的关注,然而研究热度的上升与科研育人现状的遇冷则明显不匹配。以广东为例,通过问卷调查、数据分析后发现,各高校"重科研,轻教学"的现象依然存在,而高职院校科研育人的现状更不乐观。究其原因,科研育人的开展主要在科研机制、认知偏差、体系构建等存在障碍。
In recent years,there are still some problems,such as the disconnection between teaching and scientific research,the"two skins"between scientific research and curriculum teaching,and the supporting effect of scientific research achievements on the improvement of teaching quality. In the new era,more and more attention has been paid to scientific research and education in colleges and universities. However,the rise of research enthusiasm does not match the current situation of scientific research and education. Taking Guangdong as an example,through the questionnaire survey and data analysis,it is found that the phenomenon of"emphasizing scientific research and neglecting teaching"still exists in colleges and universities,while the current situation of scientific research and education in higher vocational colleges is even less optimistic. The reason is that there are many obstacles in the development of scientific research education,such as scientific research mechanism,cognitive bias,system construction and so on.
