产教融合、工学结合“4225”人才培养模式研究与实践--以黑龙江农业经济职业学院为例

Research and Practice on Industry-education Integration,Work-integrated Learning “4225” Talent Development Mode--A Case Study of Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College

为培养生物制药业复合型高素质技术技能人才,黑龙江农业经济职业学院构建了"4225"人才培养模式。"产教融合、工学结合"的人才培养模式从生物制药技术专业的人才培养方案,特色化课程体系开发、实训基地建设等方面,加强校企双主体育人,培养符合企业需求的生物制药类复合型高素质技术技能人才。同时针对现有模式存在的问题,提出了新型"产教融合、工学结合"校企合作模式的发展对策。

In order to train inter-disciplinary high-quality skilled talents for biotechnology and pharmaceuticals,talent development mode of"4225"is guided by Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College. The innovation of the"industry-education integration,work-integrated learning"talent development mode reinforces the dominant roles of enterprises as well as colleges and universities,with the efforts in the aspects of undergraduate program,characteristic curriculum development and so on. In this way the cooperation of education with industry can be strengthened. At the same time,aiming at the problem existing in the system of the"school-enterprise"cooperative college,the development countermeasures of the new "industry-education integration,work-integrated learning"cooperative college are put forward.
