摘要 学历教育融通职业培训背景下的高职学院需要建设一支"双师型"教师队伍,专业课教师务必有扎实的理论功底,有较强的动手能力;高职"双师型"教师培养有学校内化、外部挖掘、委托培养等路径。 Under the background of the integration of academic education and vocational training,higher vocational colleges need to build a"double teacher"teaching team. Professional teachers must have solid theoretical foundation and strong practical ability. The cultivation of"Double-qualified Teachers"in higher vocational education includes school internalization,external excavation and entrusted cultivation.
