高校二级学院行政人员发展困境及激励措施探析 被引量:2

摘要 保障学校发展的三要素为:行政管理、教育和研究。行政管理人员的工作水平和状态会直接影响学校的现代化、职业化、快速化发展。如果激发行政人员的工作使命感、工作热情、增强职业荣誉感,需要直面困境,寻求合适的应对方法,使行政管理人员认可自己的岗位工作、能够体现自己的工作价值,并且能够敬畏岗位工作,并把行政岗位工作作为终身的职业,制定符合行政岗位的考核方法与激励机制,真正让行政人员感受个人的工作价值,为教育教学管理工作贡献自己的力量。 The three elements to ensure the development of the school are: administration,education and research. The work quality and status of administrative staff will directly affect the modernization,professionalization and rapid development of the school. If administrative personnel’s work mission,working enthusiasm,strengthen the professional sense of honor,need to face the difficulties,to seek appropriate methods to cope with the situation,make the administrative personnel approved his post work,to be able to manifest the value of their work,and fear of job,and the administrative position working as a lifelong career,formulated in accordance with administrative post appraisal methods and incentive mechanism,real executives feel the individual work value,contributing to education and teaching management of our own strength.
