论高校新生思想政治教育中存在的问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures on the Ideological and Political Education for College Freshmen

大学新生在大学校园里是属于一个比较特殊的群体,而这种特殊性就在于角色与环境的转变给他们带来的心理、人生规划以及理想信念等方面的一系列变化。对大学新生进行思想政治教育就是为了帮助他们建立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,从而对他们自身的实践活动起到有利的促进作用。但是我们在认识到对大学新生进行系统的思想政治教育具有深远意义的同时,也应该看到在实际工作中仍然存在一些薄弱的环节及问题。本文就以大理大学为研究对象,针对该校新生思想政治教育的内容和教育过程中存在的问题,并对这些问题的成因做出相应的分析,最终结合学校自身的实际情况,提出有利于该校新生思想政治教育有效可行的措施。

Freshmen at the university campus is part of a particular group,and this particularity is that a series of psychological changes roles and changing circumstances brought them,life planning and other aspects of the ideals and beliefs. College freshmen ideological and political education is to help them establish a correct outlook on life and values,and thus their own practices play a beneficial role in promoting. But we recognize that while freshmen ideological and political education system has far-reaching significance,we should also see that there are still some weak links and problems in the ideological and political education. In this paper,with Dali University as the research object for the content of school freshmen ideological and political education and the problems in the educational process,and make the appropriate analysis of the causes of these problems,the school eventually combines their actual situation and puts forward in favor of the school freshmen ideological and political education effective and feasible measures.
