摘要
培训是提高幼儿教师专业素质的有效途径。在培训过程中构建起了培训需求分析、培训计划制定、培训组织实施、培训考核评价四个环节环环相连、首尾相接的闭环系统,提高了幼儿教师培训效果。本研究以省幼儿园骨干教师培训为例,探索出了幼儿教师"四节一环"的培训模式,并在实践层面进行应用。
Training is an efficient way to improve the quality of preschool teachers. We build a system during the training that includes training need analysis,training plan,training organization and training evaluation. We call it four links which hook up one another. The system enhances the effect of the preschool teachers’ training. The paper uses an example,a training of provincial teachers,to explain the procedure of exploring of the"four link-one"ring mode and to use in the practice.
