Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Legalization of Regional Grass-roots Governance

在我国法治建设过程中,基层法治治理占据重要地位,是我国"依法治国"理念实施的保障。推进基层治理法治化,需要以新中国特色社会主义法治文化为导向,增强基层法治治理的有效性、科学性、准确性。对此,本文着重分析基层治理法治化概述,论述地区基层治理法治化存在的问题,提出地区基层治理法治化解决对策。

In the process of the construction of the rule of law in China,the grass-roots rule of law plays an important role,which is the guarantee of the implementation of the concept of"rule by law". To promote the legalization of grass-roots governance,we need to take the socialist culture of rule of law with new Chinese characteristics as the guide,and enhance the effectiveness,scientific features and accuracy of grass-roots governance by law. In this regard,this paper focuses on the analysis of the overview of the rule of law in local grass-roots governance,discusses the problems existing in the rule of law in local grass-roots governance,and puts forward countermeasures for the rule by law in local grass-roots governance.
