产业融合视域下体育产业与旅游产业结构演化关系探析

Relationship Analysis between Sports Industry and Tourism Industry Structure Evolution under the Industrial Convergence Horizon

任何事物发展都不是一蹴而就或一帆风顺的,体育产业和旅游产业的融合亦是如此。它们之间的融合分别由它们之间资产相通性和共同价值诉求的内驱力和由消费升级、高新技术、政策利好的外驱力共同助推。融合过程分为萌芽期、成长期、发展成熟期和发展后成熟期四个阶段,它们之间的融合路径分别是以先进体制为导向的市场扩展路径、以资源融合为导向的品牌引领路径、以知识融合为导向的创意提升路径和以圈层扩展为导向的项目优化路径。最后提出了促进融合发展的相关建议,政府方面要积极引导规范治理,要及时更新思想,以"大融合"统领泛体育产业未来;继续深化改革,以体制创新实现多产业对接协调;发挥集群优势,扶持壮大具有竞争力的企业;企业方面要顺应潮流创新管理,完善中介服务,制定有效政策;加强科学规划,创新管理方式;增加人才培养,提升创新创造能力。

The development of anything is not overnight or smooth sailing,the integration of sports industry and tourism industry is also so. The integration between them is driven by their asset connectivity and common value appeal respectively and by the external drive of consumption upgrading,high-tech and favorable policies. Fusion process is divided into initial stage,growth,development,maturation and development of mature period after four stages,the fusion path between them respectively is the advanced system oriented market extension path,resource integration oriented brand leads the path,the path of knowledge integration oriented ideas to promote and envelops extension oriented project optimization path. Finally,some suggestions are put forward to promote integrated development. The government should actively guide standardized governance and update its thoughts in time so as to lead the future of pan-sports industry with"great integration". We will continue to deepen reform and achieve synergy and coordination between different industries through institutional innovation;give play to the advantages of cluster,support and strengthen competitive enterprises;enterprises should follow the trend of innovative management,improve intermediary services and formulate effective policies;strengthen scientific planning and innovate management methods;increase personnel training and enhance innovation and creativity.
