摘要
教育扶贫在当下精准扶贫中具有先导性作用,乡村教育的关键之处在于建设好乡村教师队伍。乡村地区的整体基础教育事业发展是当下我国教育事业中相对薄弱的环节,具体体现在学校软硬条件较差、教师人才资源流失、大众对乡村教师职业的认可度较低等方面。因此,加大对乡村教师队伍的建设力度,才能切实提高乡村基础教育水平,实现教育精准扶贫的宏伟目标。
In present,the poverty alleviation plays a leading role in the targeted poverty alleviation,and the construction of rural teacher team is the key to the poverty alleviation. For the improvement of the civil education career,the relative unsubstantial link is the development of the basic education in rural areas,such as the poor hardware conditions as well as the software conditions of school,the loss of the teacher talent researches,the weak sense of identity for the rural teachers,and so on. As a result,the urgent intensification of the rural teacher team construction is the key to the improvement of the rural basic education level and the magnificent target of the targeted poverty alleviation.
