摘要 探讨不同剂量的枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂对小麦生理生化指标的影响,为提高小麦产量提供科学依据.试验采用盆栽试验方式,设7个处理,即每千克土壤中分别添加0(空白对照)、0.5、1、2、3、4 g和5 g不同剂量的枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂,每个处理设4个重复,然后每盆播种50粒小麦种子,自然光照,室温培养20 d后将小麦从盆中取出,检测其幼苗的生理生化指标.结果表明,与不施菌的对照组相比,在土壤中添加不同剂量的枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂对小麦种子的发芽率、株高和根系的发育均有一定程度地促进作用,并能显著增加叶片中叶绿素含量和POD酶活,而对可溶性蛋白的含量影响不大.当施菌剂量为0.5 g/kg时小麦叶片中SOD活性最高,但随着施菌剂量的增加,枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂对叶片中SOD活性反而有所降低;并且小麦叶片中MDA的含量有减少趋势,另外,土壤中氮、磷、钾元素的含量随着土壤中随着施菌剂量的增加而显著提升.因此,施用一定剂量的枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂对小麦各项生理生化指标以及土壤中氮磷钾的含量均有不同程度的促进作用. The effects of different doses of Bacillus subtilis on physiological and biochemical indexes of wheat were studied to provide scientific basis for improving wheat yield.The pot experiment was conducted with seven treatments:0(blank control),0.5,1,2,3,4 g and 5 g B.subtilis agents were added to each kilogram of soil.Each treatment was repeated four times,and then 50 wheat seeds were planted in each pot.After 20 days of incubation at room temperature under natural light,the physiological and biochemical indexes of wheat seedlings were detected by taking out wheat from pots.The results showed that the addition of different doses of B.subtilis in soil promoted the germination rate,plant height and root development of wheat seeds to a certain extent,and significantly increased the chlorophyll content and POD enzyme activity in leaves.But had little effect on the content of soluble protein.The activity of SOD in wheat leaves was the highest when the dosage of bacteria was 0.5 g/kg.But with the increase of the dosage of bacteria,the activity of SOD in wheat leaves was decreased,and the content of MDA in wheat leaves was decreased.In addition,the content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in soil increased significantly with the increase of the dosage of bacteria.Therefore,the application of a certain dose of B.subtilis can promote the physiological and biochemical indexes of wheat and the content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the soil in varying degrees.
