摘要
阐述了煤制天然气项目的生产工艺流程以及天然气中水分的来源;介绍了三甘醇的脱水原理、干燥装置工艺流程以及天然气中水露点超标对后续输气管道的影响,探讨了在实际生产过程中天然气水露点超标、出干燥装置天然气温度较高等问题的原因和处理措施。
This paper expounds the production process flow of coal-to-natural gas projects and the source of moisture in natural gas. It introduces the dehydration principle of triethylene glycol,the process flow of drying plant and the influence of excessive water dew point in natural gas on the subsequent gas transmission pipeline,and probes into the causes and treatment measures of such problems in actual production as excessive water dew point and high temperature of natural gas exiting the drying plant.
